Dashboard guide
Select servers, navigate features, save safely, and understand access boundaries.
Server access
The dashboard signs users in through Discord and only exposes server management operations after the API verifies current server authority. Losing the relevant Discord access can remove the server from your manageable list.
Sign in and select a server
- Open the official Airwavy dashboard and choose Sign in with Discord.
- Review Discord's authorization screen and confirm you are using the intended account.
- Choose a server from the server rail or selector. Only servers your account can manage are eligible.
- Confirm the server name and icon on Overview before changing settings.
Safe save workflow
- Open one feature and note its current state.
- Change the smallest useful set of fields.
- Resolve validation errors shown by the form.
- Save and wait for confirmation, then reload the route.
- Test the real Discord result and use Reset only for unsaved local changes.
Synchronisation with Discord
Saved dashboard values are persisted for the selected Discord server and consumed by Airwavy's bot behavior. A saved form does not override Discord permissions, deleted channels, role hierarchy, or an active service outage.
- Reload the feature page to confirm the server returned the saved values.
- Trigger one real Discord event or command to verify the bot is using the setting.
- Avoid conflicting edits from multiple browser tabs or administrators.
- If Discord roles or channels changed, reselect valid targets and save again.
Dashboard errors
Server not found
The server may have been removed, the bot may no longer be installed, or your Discord account may no longer have management access.
Feature is disabled
Enable the feature before editing dependent configuration, then save the change.
The API cannot be reached
Your saved data is not automatically lost. Check the public status page, then retry after connectivity is restored.
Permission denied
Confirm the signed-in Discord account still has current server management access. Signing out and back in refreshes authorization but does not grant permissions your Discord roles lack.
The mobile menu is hidden or stuck
Reload the page, return browser zoom to a readable default, and try the menu button again. If the problem persists, record the device, browser, orientation, and viewport for support.
