1. Eligibility

To use Airwavy, you must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (13 years old or older if required by your jurisdiction). By using the bot, you confirm that you satisfy this condition.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord account and any credentials used with Airwavy. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Airwavy in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the bot.

4. Compliance

You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not attempt to bypass, exploit, or interfere with the bot's operation or security features.

5. Prohibited Actions

You must not use Airwavy to harass, threaten, abuse, defraud, or harm other users or communities. Scams, spam, hacking, or any unauthorized manipulation of the bot is strictly forbidden.

6. User-Generated Content and Moderation

You are solely responsible for any content you submit through Airwavy, including messages, images, and commands. We reserve the right to monitor, remove, or block any content or user activity that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

7. Third-Party Services

Airwavy may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external services.

8. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect and process data as necessary for bot functionality. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Communication and Notifications

By using Airwavy, you consent to receive direct messages (DMs) from the bot for important updates, notifications, and service-related communications.

10. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments: Some features or services may require payment. By purchasing, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are handled by third-party providers. We do not store payment info directly.
  • Refunds: Payments are final unless otherwise specified. Refunds are granted at our discretion.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel anytime. Cancellations do not automatically refund the current billing period.
  • Changes to Pricing: We may modify pricing or fees with prior communication where possible.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

12. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban users who violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

13. Limitation of Liability

Airwavy is provided “as is“ without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the bot, including data loss or downtime.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Airwavy team from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the bot.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Airwavy after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in London, UK.
