Welcome to Airwavy (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms") govern your use of the Airwavy Discord bot (“Airwavy”, “the bot”) and related services. By using Airwavy, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the bot immediately.
1. Eligibility
To use Airwavy, you must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (13 years old, or older if required by your jurisdiction). By using the bot, you confirm that you satisfy this condition and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Discord account and any credentials used with Airwavy. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Airwavy in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the bot or its source code.
4. Compliance and Acceptable Use
You agree to comply with these Terms, Discord’s Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:
- Exploit, bypass, or interfere with any security or rate limits;
- Use Airwavy to harass, threaten, abuse, defraud, or harm others;
- Distribute spam, scams, or unauthorized advertisements;
- Upload malicious software, attempt to hack, or disrupt the bot's services;
- Use bots, scripts, self-bots, or other automated tools to spam commands, mass-trigger dashboard actions, or otherwise manipulate cooldowns, rate limits, or in-bot economy and leveling systems.
5. User-Generated Content and Moderation
You are solely responsible for any content you submit through Airwavy, including text, images, and commands. We reserve the right to monitor, review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms, Discord policies, or applicable law. To help enforce these Terms, we use a combination of staff review and automated systems that monitor for suspicious or abusive activity - including spam, rate-limit abuse, and cooldown or dashboard manipulation - and flag accounts for staff review. You can also report suspicious activity yourself using the bot's /report command or the Report option on the dashboard.
6. Third-Party Services
Airwavy may interact with third-party platforms such as Discord or payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of such services is at your own risk and governed by their respective terms.
7. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect and process data as necessary for bot functionality, analytics, and service improvement. This includes Discord user IDs and guild data. This also includes moderation and safety data - such as abuse reports, staff notes, and automated activity signals - used to enforce these Terms and keep Airwavy safe. We do not sell or share personal data except as required by law.

8. Communication and Notifications
By using Airwavy, you consent to receive direct messages (DMs) from the bot for service updates, system notifications, or account communications. You may disable these DMs within Discord if supported.
9. Payments and Refunds
- Payments: Certain premium features may require payment. By purchasing, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
- Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, via checkout on the Airwavy web dashboard (not within Discord itself). Premium plans are available on a Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime basis, purchased per Discord server. We do not store your payment card details.
- Refunds: All payments are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.
- Cancellations: You may cancel anytime, but cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
- Price Changes: We may modify pricing with prior notice where possible.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in Airwavy—including code, branding, and design—are owned by the Airwavy team or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or content without written permission.
11. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, updated, or discontinued at any time without notice.
12. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently blacklist users - and, where applicable, entire servers - who violate these Terms or misuse the bot, without prior notice or liability. Accounts flagged by our automated abuse-detection systems or reported by other users are reviewed by staff, and confirmed violations, particularly severe or repeated ones, may result in an instant, permanent blacklist from the bot with no prior warning. Upon termination, your right to use Airwavy will immediately cease.
13. Limitation of Liability
Airwavy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the bot, including loss of data or downtime.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Airwavy team, its affiliates, and contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the bot or violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant updates will be announced through our official channels or website. Your continued use of Airwavy after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
